Eligibility

For hygiene and safety, cosmetics must be returned unused, unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. Items marked final sale are not eligible. Damaged or incorrect items are always eligible for a full replacement or refund.

How to start a return

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return via the Contact page. Our team will share a pickup or return-shipping instruction within 1 to 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable except for damaged or incorrect items.
